TRANSFER CONFORT LINE est un service de transport privé professionnel basé dans le Canton de Vaud, Suisse. Nous proposons des transferts aéroport, du transport privé et des trajets taxi entre les villes de Genève, Lausanne, Zürich, Vevey, Montreux, Valais / Sion, Neuchâtel et Berne. Le service est assuré par un chauffeur certifié, titulaire d'une autorisation officielle de transport de voyageurs (TPP).
2. Réservation et confirmation
Les réservations peuvent être effectuées via le formulaire en ligne ou directement par WhatsApp. Toute réservation n'est définitive qu'après confirmation personnelle par écrit (WhatsApp ou e-mail) de notre part. Nous nous réservons le droit de refuser une réservation si les conditions ne peuvent pas être satisfaites.
3. Tarifs et paiement
Les prix indiqués sont approximatifs et peuvent varier en fonction de l'adresse exacte de prise en charge et de dépose. Le tarif final est confirmé lors de la validation de la réservation.
- Paiement en espèces : réglé au chauffeur à la fin du trajet.
- Paiement par carte : effectué à l'arrivée du chauffeur. Un supplément entre 5 et 50 CHF est applicable selon le montant de la course.
- Paiement TWINT : par virement bancaire via QR code.
- Les trajets de nuit (22h00–06h00) sont soumis à un tarif différent.
4. Annulation
En cas d'annulation, veuillez nous en informer le plus tôt possible par WhatsApp ou e-mail. Aucune politique d'annulation automatisée n'est appliquée. En cas d'annulation tardive ou de non-présentation, des frais peuvent être appliqués selon les circonstances.
5. Passagers et bagages
Le véhicule (Toyota C-HR 2021) peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 passagers. La capacité bagages est de 2 grandes valises et 1 petite valise. Pour des volumes plus importants, veuillez nous contacter préalablement.
Le chauffeur parle roumain, russe et français.
6. Animaux domestiques
Seuls les petits chiens et les chats dans un transporteur spécial sont acceptés à bord. Les passagers sont priés de le mentionner lors de la réservation. Le chauffeur se réserve le droit de refuser un animal qui ne serait pas dans un transporteur adapté.
7. Siège enfant
Un siège rehausseur classique est disponible sur demande. Veuillez l'indiquer lors de la réservation. Un seul type de siège standard est disponible.
8. Responsabilité et assurance
TRANSFER CONFORT LINE est couvert par une assurance responsabilité civile complète pour le transport de voyageurs. En cas d'incident ou de sinistre, les procédures d'assurance applicables seront appliquées. La responsabilité du prestataire ne saurait être engagée en cas de force majeure, conditions météorologiques exceptionnelles ou événements hors de son contrôle.
9. Droit applicable
Les présentes conditions sont régies par le droit suisse. Tout litige sera soumis à la compétence exclusive des tribunaux du Canton de Vaud, Suisse.

1. Services
TRANSFER CONFORT LINE is a professional private transport service based in Canton de Vaud, Switzerland. We offer airport transfers, private transport and taxi rides between Geneva, Lausanne, Zürich, Vevey, Montreux, Valais / Sion, Neuchâtel and Bern. The service is operated by a certified driver holding an official passenger transport licence (TPP).
2. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings can be made via the online form or directly by WhatsApp. A booking is only confirmed once we send a personal written confirmation (WhatsApp or email). We reserve the right to decline a booking if the requested conditions cannot be met.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices shown are approximate and may vary depending on the exact pick-up and drop-off address. The final fare is confirmed at booking.
- Cash: paid to the driver at the end of the ride.
- Card: payment made when the driver arrives. A surcharge of 5–50 CHF applies depending on the fare amount.
- TWINT: bank transfer via QR code.
- Night rides (22:00–06:00) are subject to a different tariff.
4. Cancellation
Please notify us as soon as possible by WhatsApp or email if you need to cancel. No automated cancellation policy is enforced. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges depending on circumstances.
5. Passengers & Luggage
The vehicle (Toyota C-HR 2021) accommodates up to 4 passengers. Luggage capacity: 2 large suitcases and 1 small suitcase. For larger volumes, please contact us before booking.
The driver speaks Romanian, Russian and French.
6. Pets
Only small dogs and cats in a special carrier are accepted on board. Please mention this at booking. The driver reserves the right to refuse an animal not in an appropriate carrier.
7. Child Seat
A classic booster seat is available on request. Please indicate this when booking. Only one standard seat type is available.
8. Liability & Insurance
TRANSFER CONFORT LINE carries full civil liability insurance for passenger transport. In the event of an incident, applicable insurance procedures will be followed. The operator is not liable for force majeure, exceptional weather conditions, or events beyond its control.
9. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canton de Vaud, Switzerland.

TRANSFER CONFORT LINE ist ein professioneller Privattransportservice mit Sitz im Kanton Waadt, Schweiz. Wir bieten Flughafentransfers, Privattransporte und Taxifahrten zwischen Genf, Lausanne, Zürich, Vevey, Montreux, Wallis / Sion, Neuenburg und Bern an. Der Service wird von einem zertifizierten Fahrer mit offizieller Personenbeförderungslizenz (TPP) durchgeführt.
2. Buchung und Bestätigung
Buchungen können über das Online-Formular oder direkt per WhatsApp vorgenommen werden. Eine Buchung ist erst nach persönlicher schriftlicher Bestätigung unsererseits (WhatsApp oder E-Mail) verbindlich. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, eine Buchung abzulehnen, wenn die Anforderungen nicht erfüllt werden können.
3. Preise und Zahlung
Alle angegebenen Preise sind ungefähre Werte und können je nach genauer Abhol- und Zieladresse variieren. Der Endpreis wird bei der Buchungsbestätigung festgelegt.
- Bargeld: am Ende der Fahrt an den Fahrer zu zahlen.
- Karte: Zahlung bei Ankunft des Fahrers. Ein Aufpreis von 5–50 CHF wird je nach Fahrtbetrag berechnet.
- TWINT: Banküberweisung per QR-Code.
- Nachtfahrten (22:00–06:00 Uhr) unterliegen einem anderen Tarif.
4. Stornierung
Bitte benachrichtigen Sie uns bei einer Stornierung so früh wie möglich per WhatsApp oder E-Mail. Es gilt keine automatisierte Stornierungsrichtlinie. Späte Stornierungen oder Nichterscheinen können je nach Umständen Gebühren nach sich ziehen.
5. Passagiere und Gepäck
Das Fahrzeug (Toyota C-HR 2021) bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Passagiere. Gepäckkapazität: 2 große und 1 kleiner Koffer. Für größere Volumina kontaktieren Sie uns bitte vor der Buchung.
Der Fahrer spricht Rumänisch, Russisch und Französisch.
6. Haustiere
Nur kleine Hunde und Katzen in einer speziellen Transportbox sind an Bord erlaubt. Bitte geben Sie dies bei der Buchung an.
7. Kindersitz
Eine klassische Sitzerhöhung ist auf Anfrage verfügbar. Bitte bei der Buchung angeben. Nur ein Standard-Sitztyp ist verfügbar.
8. Haftung und Versicherung
TRANSFER CONFORT LINE verfügt über eine vollständige Haftpflichtversicherung für den Personentransport. Bei einem Vorfall werden die geltenden Versicherungsverfahren angewendet. Der Anbieter haftet nicht für höhere Gewalt, außergewöhnliche Wetterbedingungen oder Ereignisse außerhalb seiner Kontrolle.
9. Anwendbares Recht
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem Schweizer Recht. Streitigkeiten unterliegen der ausschließlichen Zuständigkeit der Gerichte des Kantons Waadt, Schweiz.

Il servizio è gestito da un autista certificato con licenza ufficiale di trasporto passeggeri (TPP).
2. Prenotazione e Conferma
Le prenotazioni possono essere effettuate tramite il modulo online o direttamente su WhatsApp. Una prenotazione è confermata solo dopo la nostra conferma scritta personale (WhatsApp o email). Ci riserviamo il diritto di rifiutare una prenotazione se le condizioni richieste non possono essere soddisfatte.
3. Prezzi e Pagamento
Tutti i prezzi indicati sono approssimativi e possono variare in base all'indirizzo esatto di ritiro e destinazione. La tariffa finale viene confermata al momento della prenotazione.
- Contanti: pagati all'autista al termine della corsa.
- Carta: pagamento all'arrivo dell'autista. È applicato un supplemento di 5–50 CHF.
- TWINT: bonifico bancario tramite QR code.
- Le corse notturne (22:00–06:00) sono soggette a una tariffa diversa.
4. Cancellazione
Si prega di comunicarci l'annullamento il prima possibile via WhatsApp o email. Non viene applicata nessuna politica di cancellazione automatizzata. Le cancellazioni tardive o le mancate presentazioni possono comportare addebiti a seconda delle circostanze.
5. Passeggeri e Bagagli
Il veicolo (Toyota C-HR 2021) può ospitare fino a 4 passeggeri. Capacità bagagli: 2 valigie grandi e 1 piccola. Per volumi maggiori, contattaci prima della prenotazione.
L'autista parla rumeno, russo e francese.
6. Animali Domestici
Solo cani piccoli e gatti in un apposito trasportino sono ammessi a bordo. Si prega di indicarlo durante la prenotazione.
7. Seggiolino per Bambini
Un rialzo classico è disponibile su richiesta. Indicarlo durante la prenotazione. È disponibile un solo tipo di sedile standard.
8. Responsabilità e Assicurazione
TRANSFER CONFORT LINE è coperta da un'assicurazione di responsabilità civile completa per il trasporto di passeggeri. Il fornitore non è responsabile per cause di forza maggiore, condizioni meteorologiche eccezionali o eventi al di fuori del suo controllo.
9. Legge Applicabile
Questi termini sono regolati dalla legge svizzera. Qualsiasi controversia sarà soggetta alla giurisdizione esclusiva dei tribunali del Cantone di Vaud, Svizzera.

2. Бронирование и подтверждение
Бронирование осуществляется через онлайн-форму или напрямую через WhatsApp. Бронирование считается подтверждённым только после получения личного письменного подтверждения с нашей стороны (WhatsApp или электронная почта). Мы оставляем за собой право отказать в бронировании, если условия не могут быть выполнены.
3. Цены и оплата
Все указанные цены являются приблизительными и могут варьироваться в зависимости от точного адреса подачи и назначения. Итоговая стоимость подтверждается при бронировании.
- Наличные: оплата водителю по окончании поездки.
- Карта: оплата при прибытии водителя. Применяется доплата 5–50 CHF.

4. Отмена бронирования
Пожалуйста, уведомьте нас об отмене как можно скорее через WhatsApp или электронную почту. Автоматизированная политика отмены не применяется. Поздние отмены или неявка могут повлечь дополнительные расходы в зависимости от обстоятельств.
5. Пассажиры и багаж
Автомобиль (Toyota C-HR 2021) вмещает до 4 пассажиров. Вместимость багажа: 2 больших и 1 маленький чемодан. Для большего объёма свяжитесь с нами до бронирования.
Водитель говорит на румынском, русском и французском языках.
6. Домашние животные
На борту допускаются только маленькие собаки и кошки в специальном переноске. Пожалуйста, укажите это при бронировании.
7. Детское кресло
По запросу доступно классическое бустерное кресло. Укажите это при бронировании. Доступен один стандартный тип кресла.
8. Ответственность и страхование
TRANSFER CONFORT LINE застрахован по полному страхованию гражданской ответственности для пассажирских перевозок. Оператор не несёт ответственности за форс-мажор, исключительные погодные условия или события вне его контроля.
9. Применимое право
Настоящие условия регулируются законодательством Швейцарии. Любые споры подпадают под исключительную юрисдикцию судов кантона Во, Швейцария.
